Throw-over versatility with a full mounting strap kit and variety of secure tie-down points means NO expensive or unsightly mounting brackets are required. Sold as a pair, each saddlebag boasts 24 liters of storage and features a unique hi-vis internal support structure for added rigidity. Creature comforts include interior hook-&-loop pouches and exterior waterproof pockets for small item storage, lockable zipper pulls, elastic water bottle pockets, removable cargo nets for external storage, neoprene pockets for tablets or laptops, and carrying handles for easy portability off the bike. The Kuryakyn 5174 T�rke dry panniers are multi-fit for over or under passenger seat, allowing 4" clearance from the exhaust pipe, and are recommended to be used with saddlebag racks (not included); dry bags measure 16" wide x 15.5" tall x 6" deep each with 24L volume
