The DV8 Offroad Adjustable Overland Bed Rack is a 2-piece rack designed to be compatible with the 2005-21 Tacoma double cab trucks and 2020-Current Gladiator JT models with cargo management systems. Constructed from precision cut and machine bent cold rolled tubular steel for superior strength then reinforced with plated steel in the openings to increase rigidity and support. Protecting that steel is a multi stage textured black powder coat that includes additives to prevent corrosion, and assist with UV and scratch resistance for durability on and off the trails. The 2-piece design allows you flexibility to set rig to your desired location to accommodate your accessories and the cross bars offer slotted gaps allowing the cross bars different widths accommodating your mounting needs and ensuring proper balance of your accessories. Measuring in at 8" tall allows a tent to be mounted near or just below the roof line. This will help keep the vehicle aerodynamic on the road and prevent unnecessary wind resistance. The slotted plated steel sides offers a multitude of versatility for mounting your accessories, including traction boards, jacks, flash lights, and fire extinguishers. The interior of the rack includes 8 tie down D-rings for additional securing points and two separate mounts compatible with Roto-Pax gas and water carriers. Installation is a simple bolt on install, but a cargo management rail system is required for installation.
