Returns with Roco 4x4 are as simple as they can get. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days just send back the product and you will receive a full refund with no questions asked. As long as the item doesn't have physical damage it will be accepted. All pieces must be returned for an exchange to be processed.
Return Process
It is as easy as one, two, three!
1. Notify our customer service department of the return.
2. Ship the product back to the address given to you by the customer service department using a carrier of your choice.
3. Receive your refund the next business day or have your replacement shipped promptly.
Notify Our Customer Service Department
All returns must be setup through our customer service department first so that we know if you want a refund or replacement. Please note that any item that shows physical abuse cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
When returning an item to us please be sure to send it to the return center address given to you by our customer service staff. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided may experience delays in processing or refusal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer so we advise using a reliable carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. In addition, we suggest that you insure the item as we cannot be held liable until it is signed for by our return center. If you send your package with a reliable carrier, pack it well and fully insure it you shouldn't have any problems. Please be sure to note your eBay user ID on or in the box to ensure proper processing. Feel free to contact our customer service department with any return shipping questions.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed the 2-3 business days the item is received. The refund will be made to the original payment method of the order. Please note that while we process the refund the 2-3 business days it may take your bank additional time for it to post back to your account. Please note that shipping will not be refunded for international orders or orders with paid expedited shipping.
Replacements
All replacements will be shipped out 2-3 business days after your return is received. If no change of address is requested, the replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order. Please note: partial returns will not be accepted. The item and all included accessories must be returned together.
Buyers Remorse & Returned Packages
We understand, it happens - and it's OK. If you refuse your order, or are unavailable and it is returned to one of our fulfillment centers you will be given a full refund upon it's return minus the actual shipping charges (typically $15.00-$40.00 for orders within the continental US).

All in stock U.S. orders with payment received by 12:00pm eastern time on a business day will ship the same day. All U.S. orders received after 12:00pm will ship the next business day. International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude all major U.S. holidays and any days that our carriers do not ship. We require a physical address for your order, we cannot ship to a PO Box unless outside of the United States. Please note that some items are unable to ship to international destinations. This can be due to restrictions from manufacturers, shipping carriers or local governments.
Shipping Pricing
All orders shipping to the continental United States are shipped to you for no charge via FedEx, UPS or USPS ground service. While we do ship free to the 48 continental United States, at this time we are not able to ship for free to Alaska, Hawaii or any US Territory. If you are interested in shipping to one of these locations please contact our customer service team to make arrangements. If you need your item faster, you can choose an expedited shipping option such as one day express shipping. Expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded except in the case of shipping errors. International shipping charges are our actual shipping and handling charges from the carrier. We are not able to discount those rates. International shipping cannot be refunded except in the case of shipping errors.
Transit Times
The majority of our U.S. customers choose our free ground shipping. Due to our multiple warehouse locations we are able to reach most of continental U.S. addresses within 1- 7 business days. If you select one or two business day shipping, your item is guaranteed to arrive within that time frame (in business days) after your item is shipped.
International shipping times vary by destination. Feel free to send us a message for a time estimate. Please note that due to unpredictable customs delays our time frames are only estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Damage
Any item that receives damage during transit should be reported by eBay message within one business day.
Package Refusals and Undeliverable Orders
Any shipment that is refused or undeliverable will be refunded minus our actual shipping charges once we have received it back.
Address Changes and Cancellations
It is eBay's policy that, for both your protection and ours, we can only ship to the confirmed address selected at checkout. Please note that once the package is delivered to the address chosen at checkout, we are not able to recover it, so please be sure to select the correct delivery address. Most orders are dispatched for fulfillment within minutes of your order being placed so very rarely are we able to cancel an order once it is paid.
