The components in this kit have been selected to deliver consistent start to finish performance on vehicles built for dedicated road course competition. No detail has been overlooked. Forged aluminum Dynalite/ST calipers, fortified with Thermlock pistons and internal knock-back damping springs, provide high efficiency clamping force, unsurpassed heat management, and the piston retraction control that all contribute to a firm and consistent pedal through any event. Oversized 11" diameter Spec37 alloy GT series 72 vane two-piece rotor assemblies mount to the OE hub with aluminum hats adding overall system brake leverage, cooling capacity, and thermal stability in this compact yet sturdy weight saving configuration. The performance package is capped with high friction, high temperature, and long wearing Wilwood PolyMatrix H compound race pads. All premium grade fastener kits include rotor bolts and caliper to mount bracket bolts that are pre-drilled for safety lock wire. NOTES: This kit requires spindles from vehicles originally equipped with 240mm, 9.45" diameter rotors. On some models equipped with factory power brakes, upgrading to a larger bore master cylinder in the 15/16" to 1" range may be necessary. Vehicles converted to manual brakes typically have best results with a 3/4" or 13/16" bore master cylinder, all based on driver preference for travel and effort required. This kit has been verified for fitment in select 15 x 7" racing wheels configured to accommodate oversized brake packages. Interference may occur with wheels designed only around OE spec brake components. Please refer to the wheel clearance diagram to determine fitment with your specific wheels.
